Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact

Non-returnable items

• Sale items
• Customized or made-to-order abayas

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty.
